車用直噴式柴油機(jī)可變預(yù)行程泵電控系統(tǒng)研究|最新資料
【摘要】 為了達(dá)到中國(guó)大氣污染防治法對(duì)車用柴油機(jī)排放的要求,結(jié)合中國(guó)目前的柴油機(jī)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,開發(fā)了可變預(yù)行程泵的電控系統(tǒng)。本文進(jìn)行了可變預(yù)行程泵的電控系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)和電子控制單元(ECU)軟件的開發(fā),針對(duì)CA6110柴油機(jī)對(duì)電控可變預(yù)行程泵進(jìn)行了匹配和標(biāo)定試驗(yàn),試撞結(jié)果表明了可變預(yù)行程泵電控系統(tǒng)的良好的綜合性能,它的應(yīng)用為直噴式柴油機(jī)性能的改進(jìn)提價(jià)了很大的潛力; 【關(guān)鍵詞】 柴油機(jī);噴油泵;電控系統(tǒng);軟件; 【Abstract】 In order to meet the demands of China Air Act on automotive diesel engine exhaustemissions,an electronic control system for variable pre-stroke fuel injection pump(VPSFIP)of automotive direct injection diesel engine was developed in accordance with the technical level of China diesel industry。Layout of electronic control system for VPSFIP,developments of software for electronic control unit(ECU)are presented。Match and calibration tests were done for CA 6110 diesel en-gine。Test results showed a good overall performance of the variable pre-stroke pump electronic control system。Its application provides the potentiality for improving performances of D.
